How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer because of customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Free-shipping promotions may be available from time to time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

Please email info@pawfectionpetstore.com with your order number. If your package has not arrived within 18 business days, or if it arrives damaged, we will investigate and offer a reshipment or refund when appropriate.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@pawfectionpetstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not mail an item back before contacting us.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

Sale items are not eligible for returns. However, items purchased using a promotional or discount code are still eligible when they meet the other return requirements.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email info@pawfectionpetstore.com as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue. We will review the situation and help make it right.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Please email info@pawfectionpetstore.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change or cancel an order after it has been accepted or processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery times may vary, and orders may take longer because of customs processing. Any applicable customs fees or import charges are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I choose the right product size?

Please review the sizing information on the product page before placing your order. For products such as harnesses, measure your pet carefully and choose the size that best matches the listed measurements.
