Return & Refund Policy
At PAWFECTION STORE, LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pawfectionpetstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Items purchased with a promotional or discount code are still eligible for return, provided all other return conditions are met.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must still be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pawfectionpetstore.com and we will investigate immediately.
